Since DC Community is an exclusive community, all newly added google forms will be placed on a waiting list. The process is First In, First Out. Those being added to the board from the waitlist will receive notification on how to proceed into the automation system.
The time proximity is contingent on the participation of those in the community. It takes approximately 15 days for each tier to move from the fire position to the water position.
Yes, we require everyone to use First and Last names. Nicknames are difficult to distinguish when attempts are made to contact individuals.
Yes, this is allowed on the Bronze.
In the new automated process, there is only “Fire” and “Water” positions. If you are in the “Air” or “Earth” positions prior to the automation, you will be placed in a pending “Water” position.
Since DC Community is a closed community, we expect those in this community to continue to participate in the Bronze level.

At this time, you will be contacted through an automated system and notified as to who to bless. However, you will still be required to manually bless the person through the preferred payment method.
Due to the system automation, there is no guarantee that family and friends will be on the same board.
The DC Community does not require our community to pay admin fees.
It is suggested that each person has (3) payment methods. This will provide several options for those to use for the gifting process. If there is only one payment method available this may slow down the gifting method process.
